Welcome to Nicholas Chamberlaine Technology College

There is no question that exciting times now lie ahead for Nicholas Chamberlaine Technology College.  Our emphasis is on raising achievement and we have a number of initiatives developing that include the sharing of good practice.  We were the first Warwickshire School to affiliate to the University of the First Age (UFA); are part of a London University Project linked to ‘Learning Cultures’; have students from Years 7 and 12 linked with Warwick University as researchers (into learning); we link with NASA and the Globe Project and we work closely with the National Space Centre, Leicester.  Already our staff are being asked to lead LA and national initiatives.  We have strong links with Warwickshire EBP and use it to enhance the curriculum and develop enterprise awareness and skills for all our students.

We are proud to be a Technology College and have used our specialist status to make significant curriculum changes and to provide state of the art ICT facilities.  We have a strong community dimension to our work and feel we are at the heart of our community.

The school motto “Excellence Opens All Doors” epitomises the beliefs and values that underpin our work.   Our students have a pride in themselves and in their school and it is our belief that all our students have the potential for excellence and the opportunity to make it happen.

I hope you enjoy looking through our website and if you would like to find out more, please do not hesitate to contact the school.
