Welcome to Nicholas Chamberlaine Technology College

This is an exciting and vibrant school in which to learn and work and I hope our website will give you a flavour of what we have to offer as well as useful information to help you.

This summer saw our best ever GCSE and A level results – again!  100% of GCSE students gained 5 A* - C grades with 51% including English and Mathematics.  We achieved a 100% pass rate at A level with 48% of passes being the top two grades.  This is a fantastic achievement for the students and we are very proud of each and every one of them.

This is a happy and purposeful school that is well supported by our parents and the local community.  If you would like to make any comments that you feel would be helpful please click on the Parent View icon below.  This will be used by Ofsted to help them make judgements about the quality of education provided by the school.

Our aim is to provide the best possible education for each and every student. We want to create successful learners who enjoy learning, make progress and achieve; confident individuals who are able to lead safe and healthy lives and responsible citizens who make a positive contribution to society.  The school motto ‘Excellence Opens All Doors’ encapsulates the beliefs and values that underpin our work.

Our vision then is of a school where everyone has the right and the opportunity to reach their full potential.  This requires high quality teaching, high levels of student engagement and high levels of parental support.  It also requires there to be a businesslike and purposeful learning atmosphere in the school where good behaviour allows teachers to teach and students to learn.Ofsted Parent View
